How would I go about this? And what would the URL be?

You mean adding a link to your vB navbar to go to Photoplog?
Or adding a link to the Photoplog navbar?

If you're looking to add a link to photoplog on your vB navbar you probably want to be looking in the vB navbar template and in the section underneath :
<!-- nav buttons bar -->
Add something like:
Content visible to registered users only.
Where you want the link to show up on the navbar.
We renamed our photoplog folder Galleries (the default would be photoplog) as it made more sense for our members.
Morgan can give you much better directions than I can, I never ceased to be amazed at how fast he can just whip this stuff out, seemingly off the top of his head ;). But at least that that gives you something to look at in case he's busy tonight...:)

Hmm, I must have done something wrong in the installation then, as when I attempted to use the /photoblog/ directory, it gave me an error..

I know when we installed ours we put photoplog at the webroot... Did you put it in your /forums? I'm assuming the /photoblog/ was a typo? If not, swap out the b for a p I.E. PLOG not BLOG. Probably was a typo, but you never know, sometimes it's the simplest things that bite me in the butt the hardest ;).

Yes, plog not blog. Also, there are some examples in post two (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showpost.php?p=828203&postcount=2) of the lite release thread.
