vb 3.6.5 bug

It seems a lot of vb 3.6.5 are getting this problem.

Do anyone know how to fix this ?

I'm going to guess that you are using a template caching mod but haven't set the full server path in the settings for that mod. If true, then this isn't a bug. ;)
