Brief question, running a upgrade later.

With the two XML's (3.5 + 3.6) I am running 3.6

Shall I just upload all the files and overwrite the plug-in with the 3.6 one?

Follow the upgrade instructions in the main readme file that comes with the package, and yes, as you are running vB 3.6, use the 3.6 XML file. Do not uninstall, do allow overwrite.
