Maximun File Upload Exceeded??

I just tried to upload to PhotoPlog Lite on my forum and it's telling me I've exceed the maximum number of uploads.

I can't find anywhere to fix this.

Can you help?

I have set the usergroup max file upload limits in the usergroup manager to very large numbers and I'm still getting the error!!
