Link upload error

hi if user want to upload a file from an url i get this error :

Bad File - No File or File is too Large or of the Wrong MIME Type

anyone fix this error ?

maybe its to big?
in the category permissions you can set it for the usergroups
check what you have set here: Content visible to registered users only.
