Install Issue - Missing permissions

I ran into a bit of an issue trying to get the lite version setup on my site. The install goes fine except I do not get any usergroup permissions, so I am not able to view any of the photoplog files.

The database fields show up fine, but when I go into Usergroup manager I do not have the option to add the permissions. Tried rebuilding the bitfield with no luck.

Not sure where to look next...anybody have any guidance?

Problem solved, it was an oversight on my part.

I have my admincp directory renamed for security, but I uploaded the directory so the files were not in the right place. Uploaded them to the admin area and everything is working.
