I spend a lot of time making file names descriptive for SEO purposes....

I noticed on lite...saving an image (right click) doesn't retain the original file name. Is this also the case in pro?

any plans on being able to retain the original file name?

Being user input, filenames are cleaned of characters other than A to Z, zero to nine, period, underscore, and dash. Filenames are also prepended with a number to prevent collision of names. A user would need to enter a filename if doing a right click, save as on a dynamic image. For static images, the cleaned filename is provided for download. Both lite and pro work this way, and there are currently no plans for change.

bump. anyway to convince you to retain original file names?

SEO is very important and if one wants their images to crawled.... a descriptive file name goes a LOONG way. :)

Sorry, still no plans for change though something like the following in htaccess could be used to get 'word' in links:
Content visible to registered users only.
