Xampp / localhost

I installed vbulletin on my PC using xampp for testing purposes.. Everything works fine, but cant figure why photoplog gallery isn't shoving.

Is problem with path (I use /xampp/htdocs/forum/photoplog or c:/xampp/htdocs/forum/photoplog) but no changes, still blank page.

Its possible to run photoplog on PC?

I made it. I make mistake in forum path in config.php
