PhotoPlog - Help with install error

Hello,

I have been searching the forums for awhile and tried most of the suggested ideas but to no avail.

it seems that most people who get a error similar to this one has to change the path.. but i have checked and double checked and triple checked and my path is right...

I recently installed the latest version of PhotoPlog Lite but I am having issues after the install (I followed the instructions carefully). When I try to hit my site:
