It's been over 24 hours? still no product
 

I've been charged 35.00 for the Photoplog yesterday when I purchased it via paypal, I still have yet to actually get this product. How much longer do I need to wait? You have money & I have no product :confused:. It's been over 24 hours ... waiting.. Carmen

Sorry about that. The postback wasn't processed on your order. Other postbacks came through okay, so I suspect it was probably a server hiccup. Should be fine now. Any other problems, just let me know.

I still can't access the files. I see that I payed though. I see this

but my status says inactive as it experied Feb 11, 2007. Someone please help ... thanks, Carmen

Oops, typo, your expiration year should have been 2009 and not 2007. Should be set now.

I just wanted to say that I was able to download my Pro version today within about 20 minutes after the purchase via Paypal. I know it can be difficult for a vendor to be that fast all the time, but it's obvious you are making the effort. Thanks :)
