A "hot or not" feature/addon would be great, ie a user could select to enter their upload to the hot or not for the category, so no Im not just talking hot or not people ;)

Not quite the same as a duell but similar line of thought.

Yeah, that would be great.

I think easy to create would be this way:
User select a category.
Now he can view pic by pic and rate every pic.
The result should be shown as a typically hot or not result.
