How do I make photoplog galleries and sub-categories in it appear as forums and sub-forums. Like this one:

So that when a new photo is added, the description appears on the forum home page just like how the thread descriptions appear?
Currently I have just created forums and sub-forums and redirected it to the respective galleries.
