Look in the PhotoPlog Lite delete.php file to see that there is only one cause for the photoplog_bad_tank error message and that is when there is no $photoplog_file_info but there is no bug in the code. Perhaps when you last tried to delete a file, MySQL was down but then came back up, so that could be why the query failed.
