Default Running contests

I am currently running photopost. However, it has not fitted to my requirements fully.
I want to run baby photo contest with following requirements
  1. A category wherein only one photo per member is allowed to be submitted.
  2. The images should appear all atone in one page, with no option of details of the thumbnail. Currently with photopost, there is no option to prevent the user to open the thumbnail.
  3. Once the member vote of the image, top 3 photos to appear exclusively on top.
  4. Ability to publish the top voted images in the forum home and also somehow in non-forum page.
It would be great if all or part of it can be accomplished here with Pro version?

1: You could use Category Permissions to limit uploads to one file per user in a certain category.

2: You can set the Category Number in the PhotoPlog Settings, but it would be applied to all categories. Also, you could remove the links to the view file page/view original image via template edits, but if a user knows the links, the user could still access, and view, the page or image.

3: This would require custom code, but please note that coding custom modifications is really outside the realm of support, so I won't provide custom modifications. Sorry.

4: Same answer as three.
