It looks like the PhotoPlog images directory doesn't have 777 permissions. Double check that it is the PhotoPlog images directory, and not some other images directory, that has 777 permissions. Also, check that the PhotoPlog ACP settings are correct.

In the PhotoPlog upload.php file find:
Code:
Content visible to registered users only.
And temporarily replace with the following:
Code:
Content visible to registered users only.
Then try another upload and copy-paste here what message you see on screen.

Looks like PhotoPlog is not permitted to create the 1581 directory. Are you running PHP with safe mode on? PhotoPlog requires that safe mode be off for PhotoPlog to fully function.

Double check that the permissions are 777 on all directories inside the PhotoPlog images directory, that PHP is configured with safe mode set to off, and that the web server was restarted:
Code:
Content visible to registered users only.
