Default How to mark an image as a favorite

I'm trying to help a site use their PhotoPlog Pro v.2.1.4.8 features a little more, and it says in the forum that PhotoPlog Pro v.2.1.4.8 should have the ability to allow members/users to mark an image as their favorite and then give them a way to view all their favorites at once, but they can't find it and I'm not familiar with it so much as yet.

So is that possible? And if so, how do they set the permissions to allow that?
