Pro version - Does it support random thumbs for guests not logged in?

We are running an older version of Vbull 3.6.8 and running Photoplog Lite ver 2.0.7. If we upgrade to pro, can we turn on the random thumbs so that guests that are not registered or logged in can still see them on the forum's main page?
