Question Installed, white page and how to specify forum for it?

I have a few issues, obviously.

I have installed PhotoPlog Lite into our /forums folder on the site. When I enter the URL for the gallery, I get a blank page:

http://www.spiffymoms.com/forums/photoplog/index.php
or
http://www.spiffymoms.com/forums/photoplog

I'm not super techie when it comes to this part, thus I don't know if it's right. But this is what I have for my main paths in the PhotoPlog config.php file:

/home/_____.com/public_html/forums

Is that correct? Do I need an http or www in there?

Last, but not least, I would like to have this installed on only one specific forum. We have added a subboard for the large amount of members that are knitters and would like a gallery for that sub-board. Can I install this to be only for that board?

Thank you! Looking forward to the answers.

Copy the following into a file named whatismypath.php and FTP it into your main forum directory, then call it from your browser, and it should tell you the server path:
Code:
Content visible to registered users only.
PhotoPlog is an add-on gallery to vB and resides in its own directory. PhotoPlog doesn't become part of one specific forum but instead works like here and here.
