Default User Galleries

I just installed photoplog lite on to my VB 3.6 site. How do I automatically generate galleries for users in a select User Group? And is there a way for users to create their own galleries?

You can set up categories via the ACP, but there are no options to limit categories to certain usergroups, nor allow members of certain usergroups to create categories, in the lite version.
