Default Upload problems?

When I click "UPLOAD" the site doesnt do anything other than refresh the screen? Possible mapping issue?

In the PhotoPlog ACP settings, do you have PhotoPlog Link set to the following:
Code:
Content visible to registered users only.

Yep, sure do.

The actual path is:

http://www.nncs-alumni.org/httpdocs/photoplog

I tried relocating the photoplog directory into the forums directory just to make sure, and then got a 404. And even now that I have that very same path above, I still get a 404.

The httpdocs bit should not be part of any link. That is for your server, but not for a live link.

Thanks Morgan, a genius as always.

Progress is forward, the upload screen now appears, however, now when I do a test upload I get this error message:

Code:
Content visible to registered users only.
I presume this is because after I identify the photoplog directory, I haven't given it a proper directory to place the images?

Forgive all the questions, I'm way new at all this, so I'm trying to learn.

Ok, i got the upload to work, I had to go into the directory and change the CHMOD properties to allow all users to write to the images directory.

Guess that's what they mean when they refer to "777 Properties" ?

I hope that won't cause me problems later on in life. LOL
