Go to the vB ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options and check whether 'Path to Save Cookies' is a forward slash and 'Cookie Domain' is blank.

i checked the cookies in vB ACP however I still get this issue only in Firefox.
It works fine in IE. Any thoughts? |

Try setting the Cookie Domain to .your-domain.com and also check this thread. Some combination should work for both browsers.
