Default Install NOT working

This is the error I am getting:

I created that .php file and it created an address:
c:\websites\freeagentclan488\acgu.net\vb

what the hey is that?

Anyway, that did not work either. I entered in the address as shown. Is the config address, supposed to point to photoplog directory?

I figured it out...
The "\" should be changed to "/"
