Anyone into some Paid Modifactions ?

Hello Guys,

I'm thinking of buying photoplog pro but it does not do what I want it to do

So I'm searching for somebody what can realize some custom made things for me:
- In photoplog it should not be possible to download a image without leaving a comment.

- Registrered usergroup may only download 5 images per month
or
- The have a paid subscription than the can download als much as there subscription can accept.
Payments should me processed by Paypal and Mollie (by telephone in Dutch)
