Default Issues installing

ok
I edited teh config.php file to read
define('PHOTOPLOG_FWD','/home/claw/public_html/forums/photoplog/');

I uploaded /photolog to domain/forums/
I 777 images directory

I uploaded the admincp and includes folder so they loaded in the /forums/admincp etc

I imported the xml file but when I did I did not get a photolog control panel i got a *[]* panel name instead

I had to go in and change the permissions of my directories permissions also since iw as getting the 403 error.. now I get a blank page... when it ry to access http://www.c-l-a-w.org/forums/photoplog/index.php

ya ya im an idiot so what am i doing wrong

Looks like the path set in the PhotoPlog config file is incorrect. Try this:

There is a generic language file here if you need to translate the phrases.

ok got that.. now when i put in http://www.c-l-a-w.org/forums/photoplog/

It asks me to log in. In my control panel i still see the *[]* in the menu and no vB ACP -> PhotoPlog ->

I uninstalled and reimported the xml file to see if that would help and ran the http://www.my org.com/admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields to rebuild.

I appreciate the help!

figured it out.. my hosts default when you up load files is 640 had to chmod all uploaded files to 755

anyway to change that?

You might want to look into the umask command to see if your default permissions for files and directories are as you'd prefer.
