Question Photopost Pro -> Photoplog Pro: How to import images?

i would like to buy Photoplog Pro but need an answer to this very important question:

how to import the images from my photopost pro installation?

i am sure this is the main question for a lot photopost pro users ... found no information about this, only other (older) questions for it without a solution ...

of course, without a solution for the import from photopost pro to photoplog pro it is not possible to switch to photoplog pro.

Sorry, there are currently no official import scripts but you might want to check with either Sniper or begore to see if their import scripts are available.

I'm playing with this a little bit, and "kind of" able to convert my album, with about 30000+ images, 400 categories from PhotoPost Pro to PhotoPlog Pro.

the process is not completed yet, but it looks promising.

- convert categories (DB) - done
- convert photos -> fileuploads (DB): done

- moving file from $catid to $userid folder (FILE): not yet, but I play some trick to display images from catid instead of folderid

- convert comments (DB): not yet
- convert rating (DB): not yet
...

yes it does work, but i just got so busy with my work, havent got time to finish the comments, ratings, and options to use photoplog's file structure yet,

so basically it's not a complete product to be released for right now? plus i don't see a lot of interests around here to give it a push

well, if it worked for vbgallery, I would be all over it. All I am waiting for is word from someone that they can import my vbgallery in to photoplog and then I will purchase and switch.

I was looking for vbgallery conversion but since there is never any updates to photoplog, I decided to take a step back.
